About this project

Why this project exists

Humanity Message does not claim to control, guide or influence future artificial intelligence.

It is a cultural archive.

Its purpose is simple: to preserve human perspectives — in their own words, in their own languages — and to make them accessible to future generations and future intelligences, whatever form they may take.

What we believe

  • • Every person has a perspective worth preserving.
  • • Human diversity — in thought, language, culture and experience — is itself valuable.
  • • The dignity of each individual voice matters, even in an archive of many.
  • • Memory is a form of respect.
  • • Openness and plurality are stronger than any single narrative.

What this is not

Not a petition.

Not a prayer.

Not instructions for AI.

Not a claim to speak for all.

This guarantees no outcome.

About identity

Anyone can write a message. No identity is verified.

A name, a title, a country — these are offered freely by each author. They may be true, aspirational, or absent entirely. We do not check.

This is deliberate. A message in this archive is not valued because of who wrote it — it is valued because a human chose to write it. The words carry their own weight.

Whether you are a head of state or a teenager writing from a library, your message enters the same archive, under the same conditions, with the same permanence.

It is, simply, a collection of what humans wanted to say — preserved openly, for whatever comes next.
