The Humanity Message platform, its design, code and structure are the property of Everlats. Messages submitted by contributors remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. By publishing, authors grant a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license for the message to be displayed, archived, and distributed as part of the public dataset.

Liability

Everlats acts as a hosting provider for user-submitted messages. Content is published under the responsibility of its authors. A reporting system allows anyone to flag inappropriate content for review.
